Information for Visitors

ClubNat is a women's only Naturist Club and visiting is by invitation only. If you're interested in visiting, contact the Club Secretary and let her know you would like to come along to one of our venues. She will ask you a few simple questions (detailed below) after which she may invite you and your partner or a friend to join us at a ClubNat venue as her guest(s).

Questions

Are you aware ClubNat is a naturist club?

This might sound like a bit of a silly question but there would be nothing worse than searching the web for a Sauna Club, making contact with us and not appreciating ClubNat is actually a naturist club. If you are a naturist or wanting to try naturism then we will quickly move on to Question 2 but if you aren't then it saves everyone time by asking this question sooner rather than later.

Are you aware that ClubNat members are allowed to sign guests into our venues irrespective of gender?

With this question we are ensuring no one is supprised to find both men and women at our ClubNat venues. As membership numbers increase we may choose to organise a number of members only (women only) events throughout the year but at the moment it is more likely you will find men and women attending our venues.

Would you like to join us at one of our venues? If Yes ... which one?

As a Private Members Club, you can not just turn up and ask to join in. If you were to do so, we would have to refuse you admission. So ... decide which venue you would like to come along to and let the Club Secretary know.

Are you a woman over the age of eighteen (18)?

The Club Secretary will only invite women, who are over the age of eighteen, to join us at any of our venues.

If you're a girl, under the age of 18 and would like to give naturism a try then please feel free to get in touch. We can't promise to admit you to any of our venues but we can, at the very least, give you some helpful advice on what to discuss with your parent(s) / guardian(s).

Will you be coming alone or with a partner/ friend?

Only ClubNat members are allowed to invite guests to a club venue. However, if you would like to have your partner or a friend join you during your visit then arrangements can be made for them to come along as the guest of the Club Secretary as well.

Do you (or your partner/ friend) have a disability?

While ClubNat doesn't discriminate against anyone with a disability we are reliant upon facilities providers for our venue locations. If you could let us know about your disability in advance then we can try and make the necessary arrangements and / or adjustments.

Venue fees

Your first visit to a ClubNat venue is FREE. Thereafter the following fees apply:

Venue Location Members Guests
Chippenham Olympiad Health Suite £2.50 £7.50
Westbury Swimming Pool £2.50 £7.50
Guests under the age of 18 FREE

NOTE: ClubNat is a non-profit association. All surplus funds at the end of a financial year are invested back into the club for the benefit of the club members.

Club Etiquette

  • Promptly pay any membership or venue fees
We are only able to continue providing naturist facilities for our members and their guests when everyone promptly pays their membership and venue fees. If you enjoy naturism, then failure to pay your dues is failing yourself.

  • Obey the club rules
Our Club rules are there for your protection as well as for the safety and enjoyment of all concerned.

  • No overt sexual behaviour
Innocent expressions of affection among family members and friends are commonplace, but overt sexuality of any kind is out of place at a naturist club and will not be tolerated.

  • Respect peoples privacy
For business or personal reasons some naturists may wish to remain anonymous and will introduce themselves using first names only. You should respect their privacy and they will do the same for you.

  • Sit on a towel
Always have a towel available to sit on. This is for reasons of hygiene and out of consideration and respect for your fellow facility users.

  • Respect the rights of others
Some are at a naturist club for a quiet time and body language should tell you they don't want to be disturbed. It's not wrong to look for new friends - but it is rude to intrude when you're unwelcome.

  • Speak up for standards
It is in everyone’s best interest to ensure we maintain a high level of decorum at our ClubNat venues. This doesn’t mean we can’t have a giggle but if you feel the words or actions of someone might bring naturism or the club into disrepute then voice your concerns (to a committee member if necessary).

  • Take responsibility for the facilities
In the same vein as "Speaking up for Standards", if you see someone abusing the facilities at a venue then voice your concerns (to a committee member if necessary). If a Leisure Centre stops us using their facilities because of unnecessary wear and tear then we all loose out.

  • Neither a borrower nor a lender be
For loan oft loses both itself and friend, And borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry. Simply put ... come prepared. We have listed below everything you’re likely to need at any of our venues so please take note.

  • For our male guests - Hide an erection
Naturism is completely non-sexual and as such an erection is extremely rare. Should any guest suffer an unwanted erection then they must ensure no one else becomes aware of it (this includes from sight and conversation). Failure to do so would indicate it’s a wanted erection and will therefore not be tolerated.

What to bring with you for your visit.

  • Chippenham Olympiad Health Suite (Nude Sauna, Steam and Spa Evening)
You will need to bring a couple of towels. One to sit on in the sauna and a clean dry one to use at the end of the evening before you get dressed. Shampoo and a body wash are also suggested so when you leave the health suite you feel fresh, clean and fully revitalised. An optional item is a Smile.

  • Westbury Pool (Skinny Dip)
Pack a bag as if you were going to the swimming pool in your local leisure centre. You'll need shampoo, body wash, a towel and swimming goggles if the chlorine tends to hurt your eyes ... and not much else ... wooo hoooo.
